Privacy Policy

Effective October 18, 2026. A private service for one group of friends.

What we collect

Names and mobile numbers of invited couples, added by the organizer; the weekends each couple marks as free; match history; and, if you turn on texts, a record of your consent (date, time, IP address and browser) and of your opt-out requests.

How we use it

Only to run Double Date: to sign you in, to pair couples, and to send the texts you asked for. When you're matched, your first name and phone number are shared with the couple you're matched with so you can make plans.

Sharing

We don't sell or rent personal information. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Texts are sent by Cortex, a registered messaging service, which uses a messaging provider (Twilio) solely to deliver them.

Retention and choices

Reply STOP to stop texts, or turn them off in Settings. Ask the person who invited you to delete your information.
